BOILER WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS

We are primarily concerned with the environment and pollution of water.  We provide chemicals for treatment of wastewater, sludges, raw water, boiler water, cooling water, and swimming pool.

Scale Inhibitors

• P 110 - This product is a phosphate-based chemical designed for low to medium pressure boilers
• P 420 - This product is based on complex phosphate, designed to minimized sludging in the boiler feed water line

Corrosion Inhibitors (Oxygen Scavengers)

• S 310 - This is a sulphite-based product designed for rapid oxygen removal to minimized boiler corrosion
• Z 350 - This liquid product is recommended when no solids are desirable

Sludge Conditioners and Dispersants

• D 510 - This is a specially formulated blend of polymeric dispersing agents and antifoams
• D 600 - This is a scale and sludge inhibitor designed primarily for steam boilers to prevent build-up of deposits of hardness or of iron and other metallic oxides originating from corrosion of condensate systems

On-line Scale Remover

• D 960 - This is a concentrated blend of sequestering and dispersing agents for the removal of scale deposits, iron oxide and other metallic oxides in boiler water systems.  D 960 eliminates the hazards associated with acid cleaning.  It also saves downtime and labour when used in on-line cleaning programs

Off-line Boiler Cleaning Chemicals

• Scale Solvent- This product is specially formulated to dissolve boiler scales but pose not harm to boiler tube walls

Boil-out Chemicals

• Boilkleen 828 - This product will remove various organic contaminants from new equipment, especially drum boilers or retubed heat exchangers.  Boilkleen 828 will not cause caustic embrittlement, and it contains ingredients to help in passivation of steel surfaces to prevent corrosion during boil-out
