DESCRIPTION & USE
BAK WIRA RL is a highly specialised combination of bacterial
cultures specifically selected and adapted to degrade rubber latex wastewater.
This product has been used successfully in rubber related industries such
as gloves manufacturing, surgical goods, foam and textile, tubes, footwear
and latex concentrate factory wastewater treatment system to overcome a
variety of problems such as high influent loading on BOD, COD and TOC,
system start up after plant shutdown and unfavourable bioaugmentation conditions.
This product accelerates the digestion of organic compounds that wild strains
of bacteria are unable to.
BAK WIRA RL is a live synergistic blend of all natural, Class
1 bacteria specifically chosen for their accelerated ability to degrade
rubber hydrocarbon or polyisoprene, miscellaneous solvents, ammonia compound
and proteins into carbon dioxide and water.
BAK WIRA RL contains facultative anaerobes that degrade with
or without oxygen. Composed of several strains of bacteria that have been
cultured of compatibility to feed on the same media and reproduce themselves
to grow into their adult form. These bacteria feed and reproduce while
attacking the material in the water that causes pollution. They control
filamentous bacteria and improve the settleability of biological sludge,
reduces foaming caused by incomplete degradation of waste and eliminates
nuisance odour. Able to degrade in cold or warm conditions.
BAK WIRA RL are live micro-organism that must be seeded on a
regular established schedule to maintain a high population of organism
and to prevent total kill when an upset in the treatment occurs.
