OXYCHLOR 10

DESCRIPTION

OXYCHLOR 10 is a liquid oxidising agent based on Sodium hypochlorite. It is used in waste water treatment to remove COD, colour and some harmful chemicals. It is also used to disinfect drinking and wastewater.

TREATMENT

The dosage of OXYCHLOR 10 required depends on the severity of the pollutants. OXYCHLOR 10 should be dosed into a mixing tank and allow at least 20 minutes for proper reaction. Excess OXYCHLOR 10 is harmful to aquatic life and should be neutralised before discharged of treated water.

PRECAUTION

OXYCHLOR 10 decomposes under direct sun light, therefore should avoid storage under the sun. Wear goggles and gloves when handling this product.Avoid contact with flammable chemicals.

PACKING OXYCHLOR 10 is available in 25-kg drums.
